INTRODUCTION
Management refer to all activities and control that are running or including in the firm.
Damson Dene is one of rising Hotel after shooting of “The Hotel” episodes there. Series on
Channel 4 describe about relation between Wayne Bartholomew (Manger) and polish staff.

TASK
1. Management and Leadership Model
Supportive model emphasizes on manager’s role in improving and supporting worker’s
performance. It become necessary for changing business that workers remain motivate towards
worker and hence senior authority has to design a job that highly impact on productivity of
employees. There are number of step taken by management for it such as change in the
leadership, Support of Managerial orientation, Activities design as per the employees, Personal
growth of workers and Performance assessment(Chan, 2019). The Hotel show describes the way
in which manager Wayne Bartholomew handle the staff and motivate them for work. It becomes
important for the hospitality to support human resource as customer satisfaction level highly
depend on them for example: workforce is humble and welcoming then visitors gives positive
review also support mouth to mouth publicity of the firm. Five elements of models are discussed
below.
Depends on Leadership
Manager’s leadership quality plays important role in organisation. Management must be
supportive and friendly for workers so that they remain to all form communication and in return
senior authority quickly resolve various kind of issue in the firm. In this they try give more
autonomy to employees at work place so that skills related creativity and innovation can be
improved. However, performance and work analysis should be checked by manager after or in
mid of task so that any deviation cannot leads to loss of money and wastage of raw material.
Wayne of Damson Dene use different kind of leadership approaches to increase quality,
efficiency and productivity of the workers for example task are assigned by him and only in the
end analyse which gives autonomy to workforce and they will be able to provide best of their
work. Employees’ personal growth is also focused by the management for example performance
analysis of human power using various key performance indicators help them to gives rewards,
