Advertisement Law [2003]
This legislation was passed by the Vietnamese national assembly combining al the
previous legislation on marketing and advertisement in the country, it clearly and precisely
outlines the laws that all the business located in the country whether national or multination
should follow including the nature of the product, its extent and the media used in this marketing.
As a business situated in the capital city of Vietnam focusing on marketing these laws
affect my operation in the country so that I do not go against the Vietnams policies to operate
legally within the legal framework that has been set by the Vietnams government.

around the world pioneering other beauty products
The management strategies compiled by these reputable professors in business
management especially in finance are not only outstanding but admirable, thus, they could be
applied in the policies I will require in the management of Glow as an agency that is concerned
with beauty.
