Environment and business analysis of Davies Bakery.Environmental analysis is a strategic tool and platform which is useful for identifying theinternal and external elements that impact on the organization performance. Villa world is basedon business for providing the information regarding the property, areas etc. Business is directlyinfluence by the environment and both are interconnected to each other.Overview of current business activitiesDavies bakery is based on the organization to increase the business all over the world.They produce different products such as biscuits, cakes, pastries and breads etc. All theseproducts are able available in the marketplace. InAustralia, Many bakeries are cafe which provided both type of product and service to theircustomer. Business activities are includes all the primary goals of making a profit. There are themain important type of business activities performed in their bakery such as investing, financingand operational.Operational business activities-This is the first operation to operate the cash flow of statement and this activity includes manyproducts form the income statement. In this way, it can be balance the sheet of current position.Investing business activities-This is the second statement of cash flow and this business activities capitalized more than oneyear.
