This presentation is about the event planning and management of the traditional wedding ceremony of Sachini and Kasun. It includes a mood board, schedule of the event, details of the venue, location in the map, summary of the guest list, five W's, marketing material, organizational chart, list of suppliers, budget of income and expenditure, Gantt chart and WBS, risk assessment, legal contracts, licenses, identification of health and safety legislations, environmental strategy, and evaluation plan. The wedding is a multicultural event between people of two different faiths, races, ethnicities, and geographic regions. The guest list includes family members, friends, office colleagues, and other staff. The event will take place at RSA House in London, UK, from 24th to 26th July 2022.
