• Employee motivation is to encourage the employees to
increase their productivity, boost them to be creative and
innovative as well
• Few steps to motivate employees:
 First the potentiality within an employee should be
noticed.
 Effective communication in making the employee
understand the expectations of the organization
 Encourage the employee by telling him that he has full
potential
 Assuring the employee guidance to achieve goals
 Make the employee learn the use of resources effectively
 Appreciate the employee when he or she achieves the
shorter goals
