INTRODUCTIONTo grow the business in the global market it is important to keep eye on health and wellbeing of the potential staff members. This act will aid the organization to raise their productivityand profitability ratio in the competitive market place. Employees are the precious assets of theadministration so it the responsibility of the top level management to look after health and wellbeing of the capable employees. (Bailey and Fletcher, 2017) This report is based on Row Gymin which seven people are working to meet the emerging needs of the customers. The workersare capable and potential enough and are working day and night to grow the business Thisassignment covers various models related to employee engagement. As well as primary andsecondary research is done in order to get positive results. Topic: “An integrated approach to health and well-being can nurture heightened levels ofemployee engagement while fostering a workforce where people are committed to achievingorganisational success.”In Row Gym seven people are working day and night to achieve the desire goals in theopen market place. By keeping eye on well being and health of the staff members they aremotivated to perform better. By doing so capable staff members are retained for longer timeperiod in working premises which is a positive sign for the enterprise. To raise the productivityand overall workforce efficiency of the staff members Row Gym adopts numerous models in thecompany (Bakker and Demerouti, 2018). There are distinguished models like, IES model ofengagement, Robinson Model of Employee Engagement, The Zinger Model of EmployeeEngagement (2009), Penna's Model Of Employee Engagement (2007), Schmidt Model ofEmployee Engagement etc. As well as frame several unique tactics to boost up theirperformance in order to gain competitive advantages against rivalry. Here, are certain modelsstudied which are explained as follows:IES Model of Engagement (2003): Row Gym make adopts effective models so thatbest results can be achieved in the global market. According to this model it has investigated tenforces which leads to staff members emotions and belongingness. This model gives moreemphasis on feeling of valued which staff members gets while working in the enterprise. Thisparticular model demonstrates healthy relation among feelings and engagement of workers1
