INTRODUCTIONHomosexuality is considered as a sort of attraction between two people having the samesex. They may be physically, romantically or sexually attracted to the other. A term has beengiven to the aspect that when a man is attracted to some other man, either physically or sexually,he is called as a gay (Saez, 2011). When a woman is attracted to some other women, they arecalled lesbians. There are some people who are attracted to both the genders, that is men andwomen, they are known as bisexuals. A community has been made as well which includes thehomosexual, bisexual and transgender individuals (LGBT) that makes a stand for such peopleand also protects them from any sort of discrimination etc. So, homosexuality can be termed as asituation of people when they get attracted towards same sex. The attraction can be because ofany reason, it may be sexual or any type. The ancient culture as well provides evidences ofhomosexuals as various drawings have been observed of men having intimate relations. Homomeans same and sexual means gender. As these people have a community, so the community members prefer calling theattracted men as gay rather than homosexuals just because people falling in this community alsofeel comfortable and did not get disheartened or demotivated. This is important as well becausethese people are also humans and deserves respected equally to the other genders as well. Theonly difference between the both is their hormones and feeling of attraction which is verynormal, so any sort of misbehave or mid-conduct with them should not be supported at all. Samesex marriage is being done between two people of the same sex. IT can be done in a religiousway or as a secular way as well. In United Kingdom, same sex marriage is allowed. In thestarting of development of UK, same sexual marriages and affairs were considered as sinful. Inthe year 1967, decriminalisation between the same sex has been observed and at that time, rightswere made for the LGBT community. After a few times of getting these rights, these communities were getting supportcontinuously. According to the Equality Act 2010, it says no discrimination should be supportedin any case anywhere. It is totally against the rights. Everyone should be treated equally andanyone found guilty or involved in it, may have to pay huge penalties and also get suspended aswell. Although in various parts of the country, same sex marriage is not allowed but in UK, therights for the marriages for the same sex has been passed by the Parliament of the UK in the year2013. Although it came in force from March 2013, but it is better that it has been allowed. There1
