Abstract
This report aims to discuss the implications of the business tre3nds in the future and the
contemporary system analysis. This study also compare and contrast the business trends, which
will assess the requirements of the stakeholders from the System Analyst’s perspective. This can
be concluded by this study, that there will be multiple benefits and advantages by adopting and
implementing the trends of the business system analysis, which will be very helpful for the future
and present status of the organization and will improve the business process of the organization.
The BAs will be able to operate the organization and will be active in anything from company
model formation, policy development and leadership position through identifying priorities and
criteria for initiatives and projects, or quality improvement of the technologies and processes.

Introduction
Business Analysis relates to defining and evaluating market issues, challenges and
prospects when engaging in business system to better meet the strategic strategy and corporate
objectives of the company. Business research is used to recognize, express, and promote a
transition, the desire for improvement in how companies work (Sroka & Lőrinczy, 2015). As
business analysts, this can be found and characterized strategies that optimize the benefit the
company provides to its stakeholders. Business analysts operate in all levels of
the organization and can be active in anything from policy development, company model
formation, leadership position through identifying priorities and criteria for initiatives and
projects, or quality improvement of the technologies and processes (Fleisher & Bensoussan,
2015). This report aims to discuss the implications of the business tre3nds in the future and the
contemporary system analysis. This study also compare and contrast the business trends, which
will assess the requirements of the stakeholders from the System Analyst’s perspective.
Research approach and methodology
The research method used for this study is the systematic plan for conducting this
research. For this study, the research method and the approached are discussed. Business analysis
is characterized as the process of defining the business needs and offering solutions. This
process is considered one of the most critical aspects of the production of structures since no
other component is more complicated to rectify later (Sroka & Lőrinczy, 2015). There is,
however, no acceptable approach and methodology for the business review. More broadly, the
approach and methodology may also be defined as the theoretical lens or the collection of
guidelines for understanding certain strategies, procedures or best practices for applying to

the project, which may be tasks for study or market analysis (Quinlan et al., 2019). A large part
of the market research function used in preparing includes determining which methods to
implement. Market analytics has two primary strategies. Usually, both methods are applicable to
software development programs, and may even be merged to create the hybrid strategy.
1. Plan-Driven Approach: This approach is compatible with the Process Engineering
Approach and Waterfall or Traditional, which describes, tests, analyzes, enhances and
regulates. As the name implies, an offer to provide specifics of a scheme requires
considerable advance preparation (Batra, 2018). Tasks for market research and other
project operations exist in predefined linear phases with no risk of duplication. Plan-

support the PM in defining partners, assessing their positions and developing appropriate
interactions for them.
The Agile Business case means the Business Case allows for evolving criteria, prioritization,
and output intervals. Identify how gradual gains can be understood, calculated, and analyzed.
Agile business case guarantees goal allocation and implementation of market performance with
the required criteria (Martins & Zacarias, 2017). The Agile BA partners alongside the business
analyst to insure that they truly understand the effect of the changing conditions on the market

Adaptability is the very core of the agile creation cycle. Business analysts may show

tutor developers on market analytics skills, tutor project stakeholders on implementation skills,
help create relationships between stakeholders and developers by arranging collaborative

Reflection and commentary on the identified trends and their impacts
As a System Analyst, I have understood the implications and impacts of the trends
of the business system analysis and I have gained much knowledge about the effect of the
implication of the trends. There are five trends are identified in this report, which have the
potential to change the business process and can improve the market and business analysis
process. As my perspective, I can say that there will be multiple benefits of implementing and
adopting the changes or trends of the business system analysis. Business system analysis is a
thorough review of a given program to find opportunities for change and, if appropriate, to
enable some changes. This includes; obtaining the criteria of the organization and evaluating the
direction to be pursued against these criteria and considerations of development and market costs
have been taken into account to meet prospective plans, and mistakes are held to a minimum,
thus reducing potential demands for IT overhauls. The end aim is to get a completely operating
program in place that can provide the company flexibility and reliability. When properly
conducting the business system analysis, it guarantees that the right code direction is followed
and helps mitigate errors that eliminate potential IT needs for troubleshooting (Paschek et al.,
2016). If the latter method is carried out correctly, it will not only save the client money up front
however, will also guarantee that the right application direction is taken. Business system
analysis allows for improved implementation by modifying the process to match the
improvements in industry, which ensures that the end result can be entirely controllable (Larson
& Chang, 2016). When modifications or upgrades are needed, the obligation to update the whole
program would be omitted and is usually expensive. Potential risks can be identified by the
