Digital communication is most important component in the organization; it is because it
enhances the communication in the organization (Lebeuf et al., 2017). Therefore, it is considered
the system in which information is transmitted with the same mode from sender to the recipient.
The objective of the study is to investigate the digital communication software used by the
company and effects of this on overall functioning of the organization.. The information is
gathered through secondary approach that is data is collected through previous journals. The
findings describe that slack software save the time and cost by reducing the errors in the
organization. The analysis demonstrates that slack software also increase team work among the
employees, it is because it includes various features such as group chat, notifications as well as
alert. The study also has some limitation which includes that this research does not provide
information about the degree of impact slack software has on organization.

The communication is significant concept it support the organization in raising the
productivity and profitability of the corporation (Abdullah et al., 2018). Therefore digital
communication is considered the new concept which provides efficient results. The main
purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between slack software and productivity of the
organization. The data gathering was done through primary that is information collected from
taking the interview from the respondents. The investigation describes that slack software reduce
misunderstanding and increase the efficiency of the organization to provide effective results.
Researcher also describes that slack software leads easiness due to finding efficiency in
transferring the information from one place to another because of having the feature of direct text
messaging. Researchers also describe that slack software help the organization to integrate with
several third-party services which include Google Drive as well as Dropbox. Therefore
organization also connects all the employees of workplace by using slack voice and video calls.

through the observation method that is by observing the activities and structure of the
organization. The findings show that digital communication in which slack software is mainly
used by several organizations. It is because it centralizes all the inside works in the workplace by
connecting all the significant apps so that efficiency will be maintained. Slack software also
supports organization by giving important information in one search box because it keep all the
content in particular search box. The advantage of the study is that it gives complete information
about the digital communication and corporation productivity.

Digital communication is the main strategy which is used by the organization for
involving more employees to solve the complex problem and to take competitive advantage
(Kiron et al., 2016). The study is conducted to investigate the affects of slack software in the
overall of activities of the corporation. The data collection was done through secondary method
and by also conducting the survey method to know the perception of the employees and
managers. The results describes it allow the organization to communicate with large number of
employees and also helps the organization to get the previous information when needed. Slack
software also make easy to share various file to other person, it makes quicker to get the
information about important subject matter. The slack software also increases interpersonal
relationship with the co-workers by sharing personal moments in slack. The limitation of the
study is that data collection was done with smaller sample size.
