Role of ethics and responsibility on the following aspects:
It is the role and responsibility of a business to administer the behavior of an
employee and decision may be taken by the Human resource department to establish the laws
and regulation that suits the social responsibility. By the establishment of the policies and
applying them on the employee, the administrator and the part time workers so that the
climate of the fairness in the work environment is maintained (Quarshie Salmi, and
Leuschner 2016).
Disruption, Communication and Teamwork.
Employees- in case of ethical rules for the employees it should be an overall statement for
all present in the working environment that includes respecting each and every candidate in
the working zone. This also includes the members present in the high authority like the co-
workers and the boss. The basic aim is to maintain the laws that should be maintained in the
professional life and to be honest with the people who come in contact for the use of
company’s resource (Glavas and Godwin 2013).
Disruption- in case of disruption for maintaining the ethical rules and responsibility the
issue needs to be addressed first.in situation of the innovation in the organisation a small
portion of donation is made for the purpose of inculcating new skills to the employee by
providing training sessions. It is the rule of the organisation to lead the employees into the
digital economy (Rhodes 2016).

Communication and team work- the ethical communication builds up the relationship
between two employee who are discussing certain agendas, the communication for a leader
caters to dignifying the truthfulness, responsibility and personal integrity and the most
important of all is self- respect. The ethical communication in teamwork promotes climates of
caring and understanding of the mutual needs for individual communicators.
