overall performance of company.

INTRODUCTION
In recent times, HR faces employee retention as one of the major issue and this become
more difficult during pandemic (Halim and et.al., 2020). Thus, the present study will highlight
the importance of employee retention and for that Tesco will be used. The current study will
explain the methods through which Tesco can retain their employees and its effectiveness.
Further, in the research methodology section, study will examine the process of conducting the
research through evaluating the research process, along with pros and cons of two primary
methods. Lastly, study will recommend the ways through which company retain the employees
easily.
Rationale
The rationale for conducting the research is to understand the way through which Tesco
