The project of Ullman, Manly, & Ulysses Corporation was designed to develop the project along with its products, services, planning, schedule, structure, and all those related to it (Solomon et al. 2014). The US government supported their project significantly, and at the end of the project, it has become successful.The business or technical problem The problems could occur during the project of a business with various issues, then the issues arecalled the business or technical problem. There are many ways in which problem can occur like financial issues, manpower crisis, machinery faults, software failure, and all are related to the business problem. At the time of work, there is a chance for occurrence of any kind of technical problem (Bardach & Patashnik, 2015). The issues may break the project for a while as well. Basically, the technical issues are related to network, communication, hardware and software faults, machinery failure, and all. In every business problems or issues come with an opportunity to be improved for a better business result. However, the most vital thing is that the project manager should discuss the issues with a specific identification. Ullman, Manly, & Ulysses Corporation has also faced the business or technical problems during their project. In this scenario, problem has been identified over communication. It has been observed that UMUC is facing problems like network crashes frequently which is affecting its business operation and limiting its factor. The telephone service operators seem to be nonresponsive in this case thus making the issue more challenging for the organization.Discussion over the problem On the basis of case scenario, it has been observed that UMUC is facing crucial problems relatedto telecommunication which resulting in network crashes thus disabling the organization to
