INTRODUCTION
Young care is defined as a young person who is ready to provide the services to those
who are physically or mentally ill. As per this, declares to those who are not able to effort the
quality of health or who is facing the issues with their physical and mental disability or misuse
substance such as alcohol and young carer between countries. This is more often that there is
various organisation in which this young carer used to provide their services in such a form
which is reliable and providing quality of care to the number of patients. This is a systematic
approach which is followed by various organisation to retain this type of young carer to those
who believe in the standard quality the young people have tendency and have an energetic
approach in order to delivering the quality of care (Begum and et. al., 2020). They usually do
unpaid services to more often in the country. In this report, the selected association for the
voluntary organisation is Alzheimer society. This is a United Kingdom care and research charity
for people with dementia and their carers. Usually, this is operating in England and Northern
Ireland. In this the young people join the society in order to provide the services for those who is
dealing for facing the challenges of the Alzheimer. The young care as follow the policy of the
organisation and used to provide quality of care to the people who is dealing with dementia
(Courtenay and et. al., 2018).

The context of this document is to understand the employment which is called as child
labor if any children is used to do work in any workplace. In this, the ability of attending regular
schools, mentally, physically, socially, create a dangerous impact and harmful negotiation in the
mind of child. This practice is considered and there is various legislation across the world to take
action against it. The whole scenario of this document is to understand the needs and wants of

well discussed. So, more often this is creating impact on the young carer life and how they
provide quality of care to number of people (McNaney and et. al., 2017).
Objective of document
The main objective of this document is to understand scope and the knowledge about
young carer and usually identify that how they contribute with their services in the agency,
healthcare sectors, and schools. Moreover, they also used to provide their efficiency of work
with their mental and emotional support to number of populations the main objective is to
understand. Overall, scenario of young carer and their hard work which is put in in the others

The main argument of this document is shown as the supportive role for the young carer.
In this, it is analyzed that there are various threats and opportunities are used to arrive with a

authentication and there is various type of voluntary organization who used to provide services to
number of people but the young people who join them and provide energetic and enthusiasm

In this, it is well analyses that there are a number of voluntary organizations who used to
perform various role by optimizing the resources and provide quality of services to them who are
really needed. In this report, it is analyzed that the need of young carer is more often important
for every voluntary organization in order to succeed because the young people have a tendency
and have an energy to perform well and used to you take the stress while providing the quality of
services to those who is facing with health concern. The need of enthusiasm and a level of
energetic performance helpful for the voluntary organization in order to provide the support for
the long-term and create a phase of appreciation to them. This is relevant and evidence-based
action from the voluntary organization in order to make a team or a group for the services
(Nickels and et. al., 2018).

In this, the finding is also used to describe the various patterns and dimension in such a
way which is an optimistic in nature and provide the accurate services to those who are facing or
dealing with any kind of health issues. As per this, the physical disability and less motivated
people in numbers so the young people are used to drive motivational classes and for the disable
individual. They provide some of the learning approaches by supporting and creating interest for
the life. Moreever, this is a difficult task but the young people are with their potentiation
encourage and motivate the people for the living their life (Okuyama and et. al., 2018).

The selected voluntary organization is Alzheimer's society. In this, there are a number of
people who is in young age are used to deliver the services in this voluntary organization. The
main aim of the organization is to eradicate the issue of the Alzheimer from the various social
groups and communities and this is done by providing quality of services and maintain the life
span of that particular patients who face or dealing the issues. However, the cure of Alzheimer is
not identified and not determined so if any individual is facing the difficulties of Alzheimer, then
this organization is used to provide services with their cares and help them to analyses and
evaluate the condition which is appropriate and relevant. Moreover, with this organization
willingly use young people to join and create number of element and motivation to those who are
dealing with the Alzheimer. The motive of such voluntary organization is to eradicate and
retaliate the discrimination and inequalities which is faced by the patient who is dealing with
Alzheimer. In this, they used to do campaigning session of classes and other various activities
which is called as curriculum activity in order to provide the information about the disease to the
number of people to overcome from the issues of discrimination and inequalities which is
originated of formulated in the society by taking the aspect of those patient who is living with
Alzheimer's. Moreover, the policy is also initiated by the government in order to make a reliable
source and authentication for the people of Alzheimer. This society is voluntary in nature and
they are associated with the public health services with this the policy and legislation are
followed by them in order to maintain the resilience and scope of life for the patient by analyzing
and evaluating the benefits of policies and legislation (Stratigos and et. al., 2018).
The health policy is also based on inference and various measurement. In this, the policy
is used to provide a sufficient path to the number of patient and create the inability to approach

for the treatment which is not affordable for the longer period while taking the aspect of a
common man. So, these policies are usually intervention program to the government or the
private agencies to take participation in the social welfare and provide their funds to take a step
with those who are willingly work. In this manner how to deal with every problem and patient by
providing them orderable treatment and diagnose. So, the health services which is public in
nature are used to take this opportunity and help the different community and social group who is
dealing with such kind of issue. Then, the National health services also take part in this by
creating policies and guidelines which is beneficial for the voluntary organization in order to
manage the population and take the control over this disease (Wade and et. al., 2019).
The social problem and its objective.
The social problem which is faced by voluntary organization and the young people are due
to the cross-cultural barriers. This barrier creates some of the traditional factors and spirituality
which is take a belief and the people. In order to this, the problem is usually arisen by the social
groups and community with their cultural barriers and with their traditions. Moreover, they
believe that if any of currents from the health care services and community usually analyzed that
that this intervention can hurt the traditional aspect of the cultural motive than the used to make a
pause to and try to change and improve the policy (Wyn and et. al., 2017).
The policy which is make an intervention as a program in the health services and which is
usually regulated by World health organization or National health services in such a way which
help to eradicate the issue which make obstruction in the health for the number of people. The
public health services also take an interference in this and use to create a single motive objective
to make a proper understanding with the social problem and after that they improve their
intervention in such a way which is helpful and reliable with their orderable measurement.
Moreover, this condition is not appropriate and used to identify with their numerous ways.
However, there are critical conditions arise due to the various impact which is followed by social
problems and this is well eradicated by using some improvisation and technique regards with the
policy and legislation.

organization, which is Alzheimer society is enable the services for those who had really want to

related with the health concerns especially for the Alzheimer. Moreover, this is a typical
neurological disease which is associated with the dementia and the main symptoms of this
Alzheimer disease is forgetfulness. In order to this, it is very essential to provide the care for
those who is not in an able to memorize a remember things for the long. So, it is very essential to
make a service and help the patient with their care and appropriate work of motive the main
finding of this is to create a strategy and action plan to implement the policy and activity for
those who is dealing with Alzheimer. Moreover, it is very essential and create a benefit and the
communities and social group (Young and et. al., 2021).
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion, this is well analysed that the young people are energetic and
full of enthusiasm for any work. In this, for the public health services they are always use to
ready and provide their effective approach under treatment and in order to provide the quality of
the care. This is beneficial for the voluntary organisation in very appropriate way to understand
the impact and create a positive approach for the number of patients. In this, Alzheimer society is
a voluntary organisation who usually make an approach to the young people for delivering
services to those who is facing the issues with Alzheimer disease.
