1.0 Introduction
WHS procedures being integral to accommodate, an organization need to ensure
that it is being adhered to. WHS is integral for the organization as it has expanded
to include appropriate procedures so as to provide health and safety procedures for
its clients. The scope of current analysis includes performance management
procedures and processes. A KPI target has been designed such that
recommendations for improvement can be designed.
2.0 Amended targets and KPIs, procedures for performance
management, audit and reporting as a result of consultation
WHs applied procedures for staffs and employees need to include health and safety
guidelines. For every store along with the office a KPI score has to be designed for
appropriate performance management. All performance needs to be targeted at
handling equipment and machineries in an appropriate manner. All targeted scores
for health and safety need to ascertain that employees and staffs has proper
knowledge and training of working on equipment. KPI (key performance indicator)
score will include procedures for performance measures, auditing and reporting for
any hazard that is taking place. All control procedures need to be targeted at risk
management measures. All reporting need to be made at levels of supervisor and
also senior levels as well. Every report submitted needs to be occasionally reviewed
for the purpose of auditing. Then with such audited reports consultation can be
developed on which KPI scores can be applied.
3.0 Recommendations for improvement of the WHS management system
WHS management systems for the current organization needs to be improved.
