organized system for work health and safety management in the workplace which enables the
management to have a total system of protection. There are five important elements of this
management system and these are policy, planning and implementation, monitoring and
evaluation, auditing and actions for improvement.

There are crucial elements of WHS Management System:
Safety plans:
it is crucial to pay attention on having the effective level of insights regarding the
formulation of the policies and strategies in turn better accomplishing of activities for gaining
standardized results. It helps in identifying hazardous and managing the risk in order to get
the relevant functioning in organization. This plans contain the information regarding the
minimizing & avoiding workplace injurious, providing for continual evaluation &
improvement and relevant level of compliance.
Training;
It is the another key subject matter which is required to be focused in respect to get the
competitive edge in its all employees. Fors gaining the success it is crucial to give emphasis
on key element which is training that need to be conducted through following the certain

Monitoring:
this is associated with h possessing the reliable obligations to monitor the workplace
depending upon the prevailing circumstances in turn overcoming the irrelevant aspects can
be done in effectual manner. The obligations can be eliminated to have higher level of
efficiency in overall processing so that appropriate standardized results can be derived.
Supervision
it is related with having the reliable ay to ensure that workers are carrying out their
safety obligations in proper manner so that competitiveness can be attained. This can be
