TASK 1A 1.1 New south Wales, the act followed is Work Health and safety Act 2011. The regulation isWork health and safety Regulation 2011, the code given there is NSW code of practices(Stavropoulos, 2014.). The regulator is SafeWork NSW. The code provides necessaryinformation and guidance to comply with certain safety and health laws. A 1.2There are two agencies of government which are looking to these regulations andlegislation. One is the NSW department of industry, resources and energy, Second one isSafeWork NSW (Lyons, 2016). These rules and regulations are required to cooperate the riskassociated with the workplace for all the employees and all the associated parties. The primarylaw in New South Wales is the Work Health and Safety Act, 2011. This is further supported byWork Health and Safety Regulations 2011.A 1.3There are usually two kind of codes, one is mandatory codes which gives minimumstandard protection to their consumers (Regan, 2015). The second one is voluntary codes, whichare flexible and they can be changed according to the changing industry and needs. The WHSpractices present are;Excavation workhazardous manual taskSafely removal of asbestosmanagement of electrical risk Safe design of structurespower coating and spray paintingA 1.44 documents which are very essential to identify the safe work practices 1.registration with enforcing authorities (Windholz, 2015)2.foreign workers which are not comfortable with local language3.Risk assessment4.Health and safety policies'5.Information for all the employees1
