Some issues may come up due to the increase in diversity which tends to impact these
factors. When attention is not paid to constitute educational contexts, the possibility of adopting
the education ideas plus the practices will be very minimal. Coming up with well thought ideas
within the curriculum will play a great role towards improving the student learning. In my own
opinion, it is because there is the involvement of the educational knowledge that is appropriate.
Change transfer also helps in the transfer of theories and the academic practices to other
countries. The issues that arise during the transfer is that adopting to the new practices will take a
bit some time. This is because the transfer involves the changing of the whole system hence
therefore, it will take some time for the practices to be adhered too. Another issue that arises
from this context is that due to changing of the educational system time to time, the base of the
new curriculum will not be strong. This is quite clear in the article when the author says that one
cannot have that pleasure of wondering from one educational system to another like the child
who is strolling through the garden picking off the flowers from one bush to another and then
take it home and stick it expecting at the end to have a living plant. Therefore, changing from
one system to another each and every time will create a weak educational system. The other
issue is that of instilling new ideas onto the schools. Most teachers do this with the lack of
knowledge concerning the nature of the environment. This in turn creates an issue of
understandability. This is because if the nature and environment is not good, the new ideas
communicated will not play a big role towards bringing change as expected (Clarke,
O'Donoghue, 2016).
The other issue is that of school leadership. Leadership depends on the context. If the context is
not interpreted in terms of the situation, historical circumstances and the cultural occurrences
then a lot of chaos may be created within the school leadership. This is because historical

circumstances, situation and the cultural occurrences helps in giving the meaning to leadership
within the school environment. Leadership provides a ground through which the leaders can be
understood well. Leadership also helps to portray the day to day reality within the school.
Without leadership, the day to day environment within the school will never be understood. This
will be a big problem because if one does not understand the environment of the school then it
means the day to day activities will be affected. In addition to that, the change that is being
brought with the new ideas within the school will not have a deep meaning and effect to the
students. Therefore, if the school reality is investigated well, then it means the school leadership
will be effective and conducive in terms of bringing the needed change (O'Donoghue, Clarke,
2016).
