Now, Banutu-Gomez (2014) has discussed that cultural differences lead to conflict in
communication when one country has to adapt to another country language, adopting the English
language as globally accepted language is not easy. The author Peng (2016), in his paper share
how the implementation of the English language as the primary language in corporate society is
complicated but not impossible, it is complicated due to the geographical barrier as one find
difficulties in adopting the cultural norms of another country. The English language is acceptable
in the whole world and is the third most spoken language in the world and is the second most
widely learned language. However, implementing the English language as a primary language
may affect the sentiments of an individual belonging from a different culture. The author Yamao
(2015), the various business conflicts that had taken place over the time, although the presence of
experts and technicians the problem does not get resolved due to the barrier in language. Cultural
