Is windows 10 worth using?
Windows 10 is the operating system which is provides by Microsoft to be installed within
the tablets, personal computers and other embedded devices. This windows 10 was released on
10 July 2015 and this was a follow up for the windows 8 (Halsey, 2016). The use of windows 10
is very beneficial for users as it makes the work very easier and results in effective completion of
the work. There are some tips and tricks with help of which the use of Windows 10 can be
improved and these are as follows-
The first tip and trick with respect to using windows 10 is having access to the emoji
keyboard. This is a good feature which help the user in sharing the information with others such
that with help of emojis the user can share information. For assessing the emoji keyboard the
user has to first enable virtual keyboard button and this can be done with help of right click over
the taskbar. After that there need to be clicked on “show touch keyboard button”.
Another feature of using windows 10 is to undertake the use of Cortana which is the
personal assistant provided by Microsoft. This feature of windows 10 is similar to using Alexa
by Amazon or Google assistant or Apple’s Siri. For activating Cortana first there is requirement
of activating Cortana by clicking on start and then Cortana. After selecting Cortana click on Yes
in case there is requirement of using personalization or No Thanks in case this feature need not
be turned on.
Along with this another feature which is being provided by Microsoft windows 10 is that
it enables the user to allow to record the screen without use of any external app. In this feature,
the user can record the video and along with this they can also include the system and mic audio.
This feature is named “Game Capture” and the shortcut for this feature is “Windows + G”.
Moreover, another feature of using windows 10 is that it enables the users to get
messages and calls and notification from the smartphone within the PC itself (25 Beginner Tips

the calls from the PC and respond to the messages as well.
In addition to this another feature of using the windows 10 is that it assists user in
enabling to open windows clipboard easily. In this feature all the clipboard history is being
present and it allows the user to see all the copied item at a single place. For this the user just has

to press the windows button + V together and there will come a box which will be having whole
history of copied data.
Windows 10 also provides the feature of sharing the files with the nearby devices being
present. With help of this feature, user can share photos, documents, websites and any other

to open Nearby dialogue box and then click on Nearby sharing setting and select Everyone
nearby or Mt Devices and the select file and click on share.
