Wireless communication is a terminology that was initiated in the nineteenth century, and
over the years, the wireless connection has significantly progressed. Currently, wireless
communication is among the most significant forms of information communication from one
device to another. In the modern world of technological progress, wireless communication
has made it possible to transmit information through the air minus the need of wires and
cabling among other electric conductors by means of electromagnetic waves such as radiation
infrared, satellite, and radio frequency among others. In the current world, wireless
communication high tech refers to a wide range of wireless instruments as well as techniques,
which range from computers, laptops, smartphones, printers, tablets and Bluetooth
Technology. In light of this statement, this paper provides an outline of wireless
communication, forms of wireless communication and the advantages and disadvantages of
this technology.
Categories of Wireless Communication
There are a number of wireless communication, particularly satellite communication,
microwave radio, infrared wireless communication, Bluetooth and broadcast radio, among
others.
Satellite Communication
Satellite is a wireless communication that is said to be self-contained, which is distributed
across the globe to ensure that allow users to stay interconnected. Once a signal is sent
adjacent to the satellite, it gets amplified by the satellite and then sent back to the aerial
receiver situated on the earth's surface. Indeed, satellite communication consists of two
significant elements that are ground section and the space part. The ground part contains a
