WIRELESS NETWORK AND SECURITY
Introduction
Wireless network could be defined as the certain network type that are
usually set up with various frequencies of radio signals and making the entire
procedure of communication within several network devices and computer
systems quite easier in comparison to other networks. The most significant
examples of such networks include wireless fidelity and WLAN [4]. These two
types of wireless networks are widely utilized in the entire world and they
provide some of the major advantages to its respective users. The connection of
5G and 4G are the latest trends in wireless networks, since they are providing
high speed Internet connection to all of its users. The report describes wireless
networks with its major security factors of 5G only after significant consideration
for details such as the 5G architecture and its attacks or limitations.
Motivation for 5G connection
5G network connection is the respective 5th generation of wireless
networks, which could be termed as one of the most advanced as well as basic
formation for wireless technology. This type of formation is responsible for
meeting each and every distinctive requirement [14]. All the preceding
generations of these networks mainly include 1 G, 2 G, 3 G and 4 G networks. 5
G networks are the digital-based cell networks, where the entire services’ areas
are being effectively covered with the help of few providers of technology. The
service areas are also divided into smaller geographical regions, which are
termed as cell. The major technologies of 5G networks are global system for
mobile communication, UMTS and LTE. The various analog signals can eventually
represent images as well as sound of users for making it completely digital. It
can even be converted efficiently after involvement of analog to digital converter
for getting it transmitted for bit streams. These wireless devices of 5G networks
within any 1 cell can easily communicate by radio waves after inclusion of the
local antenna array and eve lower power based automatic transceivers [10]. It is
also considered from frequency pool so that it becomes much easier to reuse
within such geographically dispersed areas. After consideration these features, it
could be concluded that 5G connections are the most efficient wireless networks.
