2.1 Problem domain
It is found that earlier the organizations utilizes wired network for managing their
functions and operations. Due to the presence of wired network, the organizations face lot of
challenges including inappropriate mobility as well as improper access to information. Due to
the use of wired network, the organizations are not able to enhance their network and as a
result, the organization faces lot of challenges and issues in managing the functions and
operations of the organizations properly.
2.2 Purpose and justification
In order to resolve the challenges and issues, the organizations wants to implement
wireless network. Due to the implementation of wireless network, the organizations are able
to enhance their network in a very much cost effective way. In addition to this, the employees
of the organizations can be capable of connecting the information where required and can be
able to improve the processes of the organizations.
3. Sponsor or Supervisor recommendation
The sponsor or the supervisor recommends for completing the entire project within
the budget that is approved in order to resolve financial issues that are mainly associated with
the project. Proper management of project budget is necessary for completing the project
