INTRODUCTION
Project management can be defined as the process of planning, control as well as
coordination of a project from its initiation to completion (Abate, Bonafini and Ferrari, 2022).
The primary aim of project management is to ensure that the client's requirements are met and
that the project is completed on time within the budget without any compromise on the quality
standards. There are different components of project management such as planning, developing a
