This research paper analyzes the shortage of women in top management positions in the banking sector in Bahrain. It explores the reasons behind the lack of female representation and suggests ways to improve it. The study aims to identify the current position of women in executive boards and high profile positions, the reasons behind the lack of women in these positions, and the barriers that impede women from reaching these positions. The paper includes a literature review, research methodology, data presentation, analysis and interpretation, conclusion, and recommendations.
