Main purpose of this research is to identify the contribution of women empowerment
towards SME’s development in India. This is a main purpose that has been accomplished
through the use different types of methodologies that are positivism philosophy, deductive
approach, primary and secondary research, questionnaire and many others. All these are main
methodologies that helped investigator in attaining research aim and objectives in successful
manner. Main findings of the current investigation are empowering women is important and
significant for the development of SME’s in India. Women empowerment helped in improving
economic growth and success of India in successful manner. Main conclusion of the present
investigation in women entrepreneur played an important role in improving economic growth
and development of India. Main recommendation of the present investigation is there are
different ways that would be recommended in empowering women entrepreneur within an
organisation.
