Woolworths management thought of why are leaders apart from managers and found the idea
of assuming their organization change in their work. Leaders do what is right! Some leaders
really need to play an emotional and rational role at the time of instability when they enhance
morale and output. At the time of crisis, four critical leadership behaviours are decided.
Leaders support their workforce really well at the time of instability to increase their
confidence and performance (Sandler, 2009). Leaders give instructions, they are

own emotions and show these four behaviours with the support of HR.
