As you are precious and loyal customer of our company for long time, we highly apologise
for the poor quality of service delivered to you. Also, we have received a complaint from your
side and took an immediate action against it. Moreover, we have inspected the service offered
and did an interrogation with employee. In our knowledge that due to poor training and
ineffective communication with staff service quality was degraded.
