MAIN BODY
Personal statement basically includes a written description of one’s achievement, interest
etc. included as the part of an application for a job in University or College. I want to join Mont
Rose College business management foundation year program. I am applying for this program as
a I have keen interest in field of management. I have also worked as an assistant professor n
Bedfordshire University for 3 years. I have analyzed that I have great communication skills that
helps me in making better bond with students. This has assisted me in knowing the issues that
has been faced by students during learning process. I have also knowledge towards how to
provide education by E-learning methods (Kogan, 2017). I have also been employee of the year
in past places where I have worked.
I have good time management skills, as I do not procrastinate tasks. I am also PHD scholars
so I have great amount of knowledge that can be very useful in providing education to students.
Also I have the ability to work and manage team. This will help me in raising the productivity
level of students. I have also abundant amount of knowledge on how the conflicts and issues
faced by students can be solved. I have also a certificate of excellence from the past University
where I was working. So, I am looking forward for your call to appoint me in Mont Rose College
(Li and Deng, 2019).
