issue in the organisation. This is the issue which arises due to lack
of understanding between colleague in work place. People having
different perception will lead to create problem in the business.
When employees become stiff to their thinking and not
understanding the point of view of other person.

 For any organisation, It is important to maintain the employment
relationship in the organisation. It is recommended that Tesco
should follow all the legal laws to create positive environment in
the organization. When employer do not discriminate the
