The discussions include one of its main advantages, which is the fact that it provides on-hand experience for the workers in a way that enables them to develop both professionally as well as personally. The focus of the exercise is driving the aim of the workers towards the betterment of their experience as well as their proficiency in handling the responsibilities of the jobs allocated to them. The fact that the global businesses pose the unique challenge of competing for a particularly unique value has been mentioned. Negotiations of industry experience, the understanding of the particular requirements of placements, undertaking of the work experience and the critical evaluation of the progress and development of the overall performances are the necessary factors that are also stated in this scenario. The chosen company that has provided such a basis that has been used in this study is the Diagnostic & Medical Pty limited, which is a medical and pharmaceutical organization. The firm has a proud history of providing their customers with the best possible service. The consumers and customers that it possesses range from individual people buying one off products to the high post officials of giant multinational corporations. It has achieved a respectable position in the healthcare industry of its region (Diagnostic & Medical. 2017). The firm is also a very trusted supplier of medical and pharmaceutical products to many giant corporations. The various quality checking processes that are part of the overall process of deployment of the products have indeed been observed to have played a very important role in

The chosen firm also provides help to people from all walks of life to find the specific products that they require in certain circumstances and situations (Kehoe & Wright, 2013). It has prioritized making sure that the products and healthcare items that it provides to the people in need are of top quality and maintenance value. Health problems that the customers may face are also provided with adequateand lasting solutions, with a well defined and basic system of negotiation. The solutions are all inaccordance with the medically cleared compilations. The problem-solving methods are also all medically and clinically approved without any use of agents such as chiropractors. According to Haslam et al. (2014), the chosen company has provided its industry with several benefits and basis of functioning, with a well-defined system of overcoming the businessconstraints. From all the aforementioned services and benefits that it accords to its customers and its industry as a whole to the good reputation that it has garnered over the years, hard work and proper personnel training for work based learning under learned supervisors are among the responsible factors. The research program that has successfully maintained its high standards of meeting quality standards and product sourcing is a direct result of the good training that the chosen firm has accorded to its trainees and employees.1.2 Negotiations during experience of work with superiors and supervisors: (M1, D2) There are undoubtedly moments of interactions between the superiors and their team members. The workers and trainees in the chosen firm have been observed to have a good method of interaction with their seniors.The personnel is generally very apt when it comes to the management of the timing of interaction(Mingers & Willmott, 2013). The meetings are generally held in order to meet the convenience of both the parties. The juniors are also generally very well prepared before the allocated meeting time, having done their proper research on the topic and providing expressive suggestions and evaluations on the topic of interest. The work environment of the chosen corporation has ruled that both the parties should be able to keep appropriate control of their emotions.
