The work based experience is important concept that relates with
gaining knowledge assuring personal and professional
envelopment of employee. It further benefits in career
development of individuals and assure their overall growth. In
this presentation report, various aspects of work based learning
will be studied. The clear understanding about the significance
of prioritizing the task and responsibilities in work based
experience will be provided. A effective plan regarding work
experience will be provided. Thereafter the benefits of the
proposed activities to the business and the individual will be
provided.

Prioritizing task is important aspect that help in organizing the project
or various task as per their significance, priority and sequence. It
further help in getting work done on time.
With the help of prioritization aspect, employee can manage their
work effectively, meet the deadlines and assure satisfactory
performance in company.
Thus, can also be stated that to assure proper performance within the
entity and execute the allocated task within the desired time frame, it
is significant for employee to set priorities for its work.
Prioritization is important concept that help in maintaining equilibrium
between work and social life.
Being a line manager, it is important for me to perform the task allocated
by my work supervisor within provided time frame. Therefore, I can
set following priorities:

Methods of Prioritization
Monthly routine: This aspect enable the manager in dividing
and prioritize the task on a monthly basis. For example, task
such as, performance evaluation, providing training or
motivation etc.
Non routine task: According to this aspect, the tasks are not
performed on a routine basis but are performed as per the
requirements of company. For example, developing shift
schedules on employees, manpower planning etc.
