Work based learning is the termed as the strategy at educational level which is being
provided to students along with real work experiences which have major level applicability is
academic, technicals and employability development at specific level. This is considered as

provides a level of opportunity to have strengthening the skill which provide appropriates
level of competitive advantages in more manner to have achievements of career goals. ASDA
the British 2nd the largest supermarket with the mission to be bet value retailer to have
exceeding with customer needs by providence better quality of services. In this company
working as HR intern will be wonderful experience. In this report there will e major discussion
of the work based competencies developmental along with personal developmental plan to
have achievement of better quality.
TASK 1

working in ASDA as HR intern in to have assessing in HR department along with
administrative and related task development (Koh Chapman Abidi and Zulay 2018). In the

excellent level of administration and organizational skills.
The experience of HR intern

employees which have the strong level of personality try to have the domination in the group
by taking over discussion which any have the negative impacts over team morale. This makes
negative impacts over appropriate decision-making along with over all development of

At this take there was proper implementation of team building theory by Tuckerman
which is being applied to countless scenario in more effective way. The major level of stages

level of completion of projects in more specific way. In internship, all interns were at the
stages of forming where no level of understanding have its existence in perfect manner. There
were high level of dependency on team leaders along with clarity with regard to roles and

Process are majorly ignored along with testing of tolerances ans system leadership. Moving
next to further stage storming there is clarity of purpose increases but plenty of uncertainties
persist (Englander, and et.al., 2017).
Cliques and factions form and there may be power struggles. The team were asked to
be more level of focused in order to have avoidance of distraction by relationship and
emotional level of issues. The next stages is about norming where agreement have taken in

Form the above experience I have concluded that as HR intern has the proper responsibility of

team building and leadership skill which is impacts at major level to my personality

competitors. I have decided to have proper level of action planning in more over to developed
to my strategies management, teams building and leadership skill.
Action plan
In order to have development of leadership and team building skills there should be proper
level of following in term of disciplines along with taking more level of projects which will
gains more responsibility and leadership inside me. I will try to have awareness regarding

trainees and group. The creation of the plan is both a collaborative effort and two-way
commitment between employee and supervisor. This will automatically help me in developing
the team building skill as I want to have the development of the role of initials and leaders in
