Work based learning is determined as educational strategy which provide real life
experience to its students related to work in which they can applied on academic as well as
technical skill and also improve their employability. It also merges theory along with practices
and also increases knowledge of intersection of tactical forms of understanding. In this report,
the Marriott Hotel is taken as an organisation. This company operate their functions within
hospitality sector and it’s headquarter is in Maryland, US. Therefore, it was given in year of
1927 by J. Willard Marriott & Alice Marriott. It is considered as an American International
hospitality company that permits broad gathering of hotel and their accommodation services. In
this report, there is a discussion regarding skill audit and also maintain personal improvement
