development of employability (Aha, 2013). Basically, it is a educational course which combines
school and university curriculum with workplace for creation of various learning paradigms.
This report is based on Kalika Hair and Beauty Salon Ltd, which was founded in May 1, 2008
and has been providing their services from last 11 years. They deals in hairdressing and other
beauty treatment. It is micro organisation with around ten employees and around £2 million
turnover. This report comprises of PESTLE, SWOT and Porter's five force analysis along with
two management practices. Furthermore, personal as well as professional development audit is
carried out to acknowledge what is expected.
