INTRODUCTION
Learning is essential at the workplace as it is helpful for individual to grow at personal and
professional level and this form of learning is referred as the work based learning. The work
based learning is an effective technique by which people is able to gain effective experience of
working and also develop their academic and employability skills (Morley, 2018). The present
report is based on the Hilton which is a five-star hotel based in London. The hotel is well known
for their premium services of accommodation, food and beverages and other services which they
offer to their potential customers. For this report, the employment role is project manager who
has responsibility of managing the present and new projects regarding their overall development
and improvement. The report shows the reflection of skills for which skill audit and PDP is
highlighted and also show the knowledge needs of the job role of project manager.
MAIN BODY

Skill Audit
Skill audit is considered as an effective framework in terms of recognising that which
skills an individual need to possess and at what level of expertise they need. It will give me an
effective opportunity to analyse the new methods and approaches to enhance and improve the
areas in which I am weak. At the workplace, the skill audit will help me to develop the overall
skill base which will helps in enhancing my present skills in an effective and easy manner as by
this I will be able to meet my daily work and career objectives (Grollmann, 2018). It is also
beneficial for employer in terms of arranging the employee training and development session and
also by this, I will feel more involved, confident and productive at the workplace. The skill audit
of my skills are discussed as:
