INTRODUCTION
Skills are the most crucial part of the individual that wants to achieve their goals and
objectives and which is not possible without developing skills. This report will analyse how the
reflective journal helps me in identifying and selecting my interest career path along with my
strength and weakest skills.
MAIN BODY
Skills Audit
A skills audit is one of the best ways with the help of which an individual can identify and
analyse their strength and weakest skills. Not only that with the use of SWOT model the
individual associate their skills in strength, weakness, opportunity and threat which keep
themselves on their career track and path. It is basically required to develop and maintain a
health atmosphere internally and externally. It also helps an individual in developing new skills
also. Strength states the skills which an individual already has in themselves and are master in it
and weakness defines the skills which an individual does not have in themselves and require to
develop in it in order to achieve its career goal (Hadi, Aryani and Suwidagdho, 2020).
Opportunities states the skills which helps the individual in improving their personal growth and
threat section shows the skills which create challenge for the individual in their career goals.
