This assessment describes the personal experience in construction and evaluation of construction issues in two different companies. The first company is an Italian company, Satema Ltd. Spa Rome, where the author worked as a Multiskilled Operator, Level 3. The second company is Knight Group, where the author worked as a Foreman (Supervisor) and Dumper Driver. The assessment also provides insights into BSc (Hons) Construction Management and Foundation Degree in Construction Management.
