This report is based on a work-based project in Caffè Concerto, a European style restaurant chain headquartered in London. The report discusses setting aims and objectives, managing and monitoring project progress, meeting deadlines, and reflecting on the experience and learning at the workplace. The report also includes the project lifecycle and stages, such as initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
