Cost: It is the essential element which must be taken into consideration by ASDA
company while making a project plan. As in order to carry out effective project plan there
will be requirement of funds which can be generated from investors or banks as these are
the cheapest source of raising funds. Therefore, as per ASDA company near about
500000 pounds will be required in order to carry out effective project plan at global level.
Whereas on the other hand from researcher point of view it will require near about 35000
pounds.
Scope: The scope of this project plan is very vast as it major scope is to evaluate the
benefits of launching a successful product of home country at an international level
(Coker, 2014). So in order to achieve its wider scope level, a ASDA company should
ensure and analyse the factors that might impact on company while implementing

level researcher will acquire knowledge about the different tools and techniques which
are used to carry out project plan effectively.

communicate with selected respondent researcher can make use of resources like through
e-mails and calls.

Work break down structure: It is the process of decomposition of different activities
into smaller parts so that project can be executed and accomplished on specific time period.
Therefore it is very much essential for ASDA company to use this break down structure so that
