Working practices refers to having specific responsibilities and role sin order to
accomplish the organizational goals. In the current era, there are number of factors
which has imposed different kinds of changes into the style of conducting the working
practices in turn accomplishing effective ability to gain competitiveness can become
possible. Industrial revolution is concerned with having effective transition to new h
manufacturing process that has changed practices of sector to machine manufacturing.
UK is one of the developed economy that changed deeply due to the industrial
revolution and enables to change the way of executing the working practices of
organization. The current study will pay attention on providing clear understanding of he

sources of industrial revolution and success in the whole world. Work is essential and
explaining activity in the key development of young generation personality (Pitt, 2021).
This personality enable individuals to become a strong player, who may work in the UK
business world successfully and appropriately in productive manner. Work is a key
factor that impact employees performance in the UK. Work attributes, confidence,
power to take decision and other key features appropriately define employees or
