Introduction
This reflective essay is going to utilize all the models of disc rolls and a proper
reflection of an experience based education and work is going to demonstrate
every time of effective communication which is needed any kind of process and
implementation in a hotel based environment. This reflective essays on improve
and work on the performance based questions and basically a perfect purpose
scenario and reactions which are related to the environment of hotel management
(Driscoll, 1994).

I have experience several issues while walking in the event management company
and organising several events have been working in this field of area since 2013
and being the duty manager of such event planning organisation have to keep all
the aspects in my mind while working with a bunch of people. While planning for
a wedding in the past couple of months have experience several things which have
to be worked upon and one of the basic tissue I found was the communication gap
between all the subordinates in ordinates in my team. The purpose of a there was to
plan a correct wedding for 1 lines and make the day memorable for them. All the
things and events planned were happening as per the time aspects but because of
low communication there were several things which were not happening as per the
time ratio and division of time given by the client to the company. Due to this

as per the schedule. My reaction towards it was to communicate a proper structure
to all my subordinates in the event. I was not prepared for all such repercussions as
while working for such event I had planned all The structures and organised all the
duties and responsibilities as per the skills and experience of my team members.
Due to the miscommunication and misconduct between all the members there was
series of issues and misconduct happening. This led to several issues created by the
client and the guest present in the event. I have to co-ordinate as per the guidelines
given by the organisation and fulfilled my duties of finishing the event with correct
impression of organisation. as a result I had to create a strategic plan of events and
making all the things for teenager there were several things which did not go as per
the plan and the cognition had to face the harsh comment and criticism from the
client.
Analyzing the event
I was the duty manager who was responsible for all the planning and event
issues by the company and my reaction towards it was not that acceptable. My
feelings that I had from all the subordinates and other gas present in the
environment was in involved because of all the disk coordination in the
environment. As per the time was very less I try to co-ordinate all the things and
made the event, after the event and there were several criticisms provided by the
client which had to be accepted in a very pleasant manner. I still feel very
disrespectful and stressed because of the issues which were created and the event

disturbed and could not co-ordinate all other of my organizational events due to
which I had to take several timeouts to make my mental and physical ability to
work in process again. In any situation a person should always accept negative
aspects first so that they can never repeat the same mistake again after this event I
try to co-ordinate better with my team started to hear all their issues and problems
which were related to the time management and misconduct in any event. I try to
measure all my practices and noticed the changes in my behavior and measured all
these aspects in a positive context. They were several things that I noticed which I
was doing wrong with my team that I was not explaining each and everything to
them in a proper manner which was also one of the reasons of the event to say
which after such analysis I started changing.
