INTRODUCTIONGroup development is a process of developing team member's of different member's atone point of time. This involves developing group based competencies or skills which are highlypredominant to enhance productivity or efficiency of any project work in given point of time. This involves competencies or abilities of an each and every person, who are highly responsibleto led project in an effective or productive stages of working to accomplish goals or targets in aneffective manner (Marshak, 2015). This project will put its focus on understanding of PPDIstands for personal and professional development to enhance skills and competencies of anindividual to enhance longer term relationship in given period of time. Hence, this report will becover on hotel management and work based learning. The major purpose of this report is tocreate or continue any defined project in greater period of time to increase accomplishment ofgoals or targets in context of hotel management and work based learning. In response, this reportwill also be carry on major discussion over this project, define and discussion over Tuckmanstages of group development in order to accomplish project in given point of time. Along withthis, this report will also consists of project phases which is made up of five different stage ofworking. 1) Background of this reportThis PPDI module is based on project management simulation, which is an effectiveproject based on development of hotel management and work based learning. This report willreveals some skills or competencies which has identified as necessary to led development forsome of these skill and also taking some relevant action planning in order to generate suitablegoals or targets in given point of time (Bushe, 2016). The major purpose of these report is toconduct simulation which is based on PPDI, in which skills and competencies are also needs tobe develops to accomplish given targets and objectives in defined stage of time or duration. While working in hotel management, this project will majorly reveals about experiences andexposure gained by me to development to develop work based learning for longer period of time. With a help of this project, chances are higher that understanding about a managementand also other functioning will be raised at an optimised stage of working to led development obusiness entity or and also development of an individual at an optimised stage (Sullivan and et.al., 2013). This report will also be carry on development of own skills in given period of time.

Lastly, this report will also put its major emphasises on what skills and experience has beengained to enhance work based goals or targets. Also, purpose of this report is to enhance workbased learning and ability to led development of an individual to enhance learning to overcomeany critical issues in context of skills based development for longer period of time. 2) Demonstrate trans-disciplinary models / theories to underpin your analysisa) Describe/ Define Trans-disciplinary approachAn approach to curriculum integration which is required to dissolves boundaries amongconventional disciplines and organises teaching and learning around construction of meaning in acontext of real world or themes. It is proven to be most effective method of treating learningactivities (Mintzberg, 2011). This approach connotes a research strategy that in reality crossesmany disciplinary boundaries to create a holistic approach. In general, this approach is applies toresearch efforts which is focused on problems that cross boundaries of two or more disciplines. This research involves effective information system for biomedical approach. This approach hasbeen recognised as profitable way to meet challenges of modernity. The major advantage of thislong term approach is to led in providing comprehensive perspective of a life which has asupport of problematical questions, which is heuristic and search, the research and also insight ofdifferent level of knowledge and information, which has a link between abstract and concretedimension of experiences. b) Describe/ Define Tuckmans stages of group developmentThis model is reality explains that as a team develops a maturity and ability, relationshipestablish and leader changes an effective leadership style. Beginning with learning style, movingthrough coaching, participating, finishing, delegating and almost detached. At this point ofproject working, team may produce a successor leader and that previous leader may be moved upto develop a new team. This progression of team behaviour and leadership style can be seenclearly in the continuum (Woodman, 2015). An authority and freedom generally extended by aleader to a team to led increment while a leader to control reduces over the period of time. Thistheory is reality comprises of four different stages for group development, which is comprises offorming, storming, norming and performing. For effective conduction of project based on projectbased simulator, this is highly prominent to use these stages in context of group development inorder to complete these project in given period of time. In this workshop based project, this is ahighly prominent to use these given stages in order to ascertain desired outcomes out of this
