execution where as the policy are the handbook for rational and action.
 A policy covers a wide range and is completely growth oriented where as procedure is
narrow lane operation that suggest a way a policy is carried out.
 The top management are responsible for the policies where as middle or lower level
manager are liable for procedures.
4. What are five (5) examples of the roles of and responsibilities of health and safety
representatives and workplace health and safety committees, supervisors and managers?

The examples of role and responsibilities are :-
 The health and safety representative are responsible for representing worker on health and
safety issue within the workplace and investigate the complains from their group members.
