DRAFT OF POLICY
Purpose: The purpose of the health and safety policy formulate in flying healthcare is to ensure that health
and well-being of employees and other individuals are being ensured so that they can easily complete their
respective task.
Scope: The scope of the policy is wide as it will be implemented in the whole organisation, all employees
need to abide the same so that no harm or threat can be caused to individuals that are working in the firm.
Policy: The policy is the management of occupational health safety and welfare in which the manager will
make arrangement of necessary resources, safety equipment to protect employees from being caused harm in
any case.
Responsibility: The key responsibility in implementing the policy can be explained in detailed as
follows:
1. Take reasonable care to protect their health and safety whilst at work.
2. Necessary step will be taken to ensure that there is sufficient equipment, tool and method to ensure
safety of employees while they are working.
