Responsibility: The key responsibility in implementing the policy can be explained in detailed as follows:

 New equipment as well as the services will be provided to aware the employees with the
training.
 Moreover, with the training the employees will get the idea to where they will get the
treatment at the time of injury and the procedure to cure of the injury as soon as they can.
