INTRODUCTIONPartnership can be defined as a business organisation in which two or more individualsinvest their money with the motive of earning profit. The following assignment is based in theworking of people in partnership in order to provide proper health and social care support toindividuals in need. It will provide us with the features of effective partnership and also about theimportance of working with different people. Further this assignment will focus on barriers inpartnership and will give an understanding about the role and responsibilities of an individualwhile working with different people. It will also focus on the procedures made for maintaininggood relationship with other people, getting better outcomes from partnership, evaluation ofworking relationships with colleagues and other professionals. Furthermore it will also evaluateon the procedures adopted to working with others by doing SWOT Analysis.TASK 11.1 Features of Effective PartnershipPartnership can be defined as the agreement in between two or more members and thepurpose of whose creation is to earn profit and working together in order to achieve commonobjectives. Working together can help them in solving major issues which can make thepartnership successful one. The features of effective partnership are discussed as under(Batalden And et. Al., 2016):Balanced Team: As there are different works in partnership firm and mostly it deals atlower levels so it is important for these organisations to have balanced team in theirorganisations.
