workplace that requires a work plan, schedule and the participation of others in order to
complete.
The recommended date for assessment is after Session 3 (it is suggested that the student
finalises their topic after Session 1).
● Time required for assessment: 4 hours amending at intervals of review
● The student must submit:
a detailed work plan using an appropriate workplace technology such as Microsoft Word
or Excel
a completed work schedule for yourself and at least two other team members
a record of any adjustments you made to the work schedule as work was completed
a brief report on the work plan and project undertaken.

Use of interpersonal skills:
Cooperativeness and transparent interaction are the key of the whole teamwork that
allow the members to sustain the integrity and the efficiency of their executed

Faced obstacles:
Practically, no specific obstacle has been faced during the planning and
implementation part of the teamwork. All the members were cooperative and
interested about the goal of the process.
Methods of monitoring:
For monitoring individual feedbacks have been collected by daily basis that allow to
make essential changes to enhance the overall affectivity of the program plan.
