Psychology is defined as an understanding human behavior and their nature as

psychology impacts of human behavior in this the influence on the field of
organizational behavior because it is a science of behavior. However, a
psychologist studies almost all aspect of behavior in which they deal with the
study of human behavior that is helpful to explain the change of behavior of
humans and other animals. As per this, the organizational behavior is usually
based on the human expectancies which followed various circumstances. While
taking the contrast of psychiatric setting, in order to maintain the proper
structure and functions within the organizational behavior the work psychology
play important role in the psychiatric setting to maintain. There are some
negative aspects is also analyzed due to the work psychology and organizational
behavior while taking the aspect of psychiatric setting. In this research, the
major focus is to explore the impacts and challenges on the psychiatric setting
which is happened due to the work psychology in the organizational behavior. In
this, it is helpful for the continuation and contribution towards the knowledge of
organizational behavior which is a teaching theory, personality theory, and
various counselling psychologist and primary industries and organizational
psychologist. The introduction also focusses in various disciplines of psychology
which is used. In this, research includes general psychology, experimental
psychology, clinical psychology and many more. These all are helpful to play the
role in order to understand the word psychology in the organizational behavior
(Brooks and et. al., 2018).

2.0 Short Literature Review
Concept of work psychology and organizational behavior on
psychiatric settings.
Organizational psychology may be defined as a scientific study of an individual and
group behavior in formal organizational settings. Usually, it is a scientific approach but
it is also taking the concerns of various application of scientific knowledge which is
useful to increase the effectiveness of organization. Moreover, the work psychology is
usually provided respect within the psychiatric setting in order to conduct of flow of
working and functions that is appropriate to achieve the task. Moreover, the
organizational behavior is also aspect which is helpful to understand the human
behavior within the organization. These both are interconnected with each other in
order to understand the human’s behavior within their own models and theories. While
taking the contrast of psychiatric setting, the work psychology is usually influencing
the behavior within the organization in such a way which is become productive and
appropriate for the enterprise which mainly include psychiatric setting. The psychiatric
setting focusses on the patient compliance that follow counselling, medication and
many more. So, the use of work psychology is play important role in the organizational
behavior that provide information regards with the individual or the group (Zhou and
et. al., 2020).

There are some of the basic disciplines that is followed under the organizational
behavior. Moreover, the increasing in the organizational complexity is contributed

so the proper understanding towards the human behavior at that time is difficult for
the professionals in the psychiatric setting moreover the continuation in order to add
the more knowledge of organizational behavior are facing issues due to the hindrance
that occur within the study on the basis of work psychology and organizational
behavior. The issues with the understanding regards with the psychology create
consequences in the process of learning, motivation technique, personality,
determinant and development training processes, job satisfaction, performance
appraisal, employee selection, and job design and work stress (Li and et. al., 2020).
Sociology: Sociology is another aspect which focus on the study of social system in
which individuals fulfill their roles that is show their group dynamics with the
organizational behavior. In this, they made their greatest contribution to organizational
behavior through there study of group behavior in organization which is formal and
sophisticated organization. They follow various concept and model that significantly
helpful to understand the better group dynamics organizational culture formal
organizational and so on. In this, the disturbance is usually occurred when the human
interaction is not possibly taken and the communication barriers. Usually, influence the
people in a social setting. Moreover, the unsystematic study is held within the
psychiatric setting is also influenced the work psychology in the organizational
behavior. The professionals face various issues when the outcome is not received as
per driven theories and concept.
Social sociology: Social psychology is usually approach which is taken on the
scientific level to analyze the individual thoughts feeling and behavior which is

data they show their response towards the challenges and issue which is faced

They support the challenges and focus on the intervention to reduce such
consequences from the psychiatric setting to improve the quality of work and
quality of health among the individuals.
