Introduction
Work related learning refers to the plans of action which is delivers for providing the actual
scenario or experiences to the student for bringing the changes in their lifestyle. It deliver
assistance in providing better academic performance and apply various skills and knowledge
for improving the employability(Aboramadan, and et.al. 2019). The present report will
demonstrate the effectiveness of work related learning which deliver support in
accomplishing the career goal and develop best career path. Apart from that the report will
highlight the career prospects. On the basis of that further the report will shade a light on the
opportunities regarding the career development.

Key competencies
Work related learning is the essential element for developing the best career path and
accomplish the personal as well as professional life. From my personal experiences I can
say that the individual person is more valuable or knowledgeable when he or she focus on
their learning and try to improve them on the regular basis. For my career development I
determine my area of interest for upcoming career path which is essential to determine the
actual opportunity. In order to determine my career opportunity and my capability to achieve
my aim and objective of life I conduct short analysis of my personal skills which will
support me in future and allow me to become effective professionalism. From my personal
analysation I come to know that I have better communication skills due to which I am able to
exchange my ideas, skills and knowledge with the other members of the organisation or with
my friends, family, and other members associated with me and my career path. Basically the
communication is the effective mode of developing better understanding among the people
as per my personal observation (Asah, Fatoki, and Rungani, 2015).
Apart from that I am having good decision making power so I can take better decision in
forthcoming time period regarding my personal as well as professional life. Furthermore
due to that I am able to accomplish my career goal and deliver better performance within the
organisation. Along with that I have thew quality of leading the people in effective as well as
efficient manner and I consider it as my biggest strength. For leading the multiple people of
the organisation it is important to have confidences and I am confident to manage the
operation and resources of the organisation. As I am self-motivated person I can encourage

the variety of the people. This skills will help med in accomplishing the carer goal and
development of my professional personality. Apart from that I have some weakness which
need to improve as soon as possible for removing all my obstacles in adequate manner. My
biggest weakness is that I hesitate in cooperating with the people. With the assistance of that
improvement I can enhance my skills and knowledge in effective as well as efficient manner.
Along with that my biggest weakness is that I am unable to solve the problem of the other
people as I am having lack of problem solving skills(Coman, and et.al. 2020). It is essential
to improve this skills in order to become the human resources mange because the role of the
manger is to solve the issues of people associated with the organisation in order to satisfy the
employees of the organisation. Beside this I can improve this skills with assistance of
analysing how people resolve their issues and observing the way of tackling the problem in
effective as well as efficient manner. This will deliver assistance in improving my
weakness in an appropriate manner. Furthermore with the evaluation of my personal audit I
come to know that I have better opportunity to develop my career path and achieve all hights
of success in the forthcoming period of time. For instance with the relevant skills I have
ability to deal with the challenges and become the human resources manager of the company
in specific time period. Moreover lack of skills and knowledge and increasing creativity and
innovation is the biggest threat for me. Along with that in order to deal with this threat the
I need to enhance my creativity and innovative skills due to that I can perform better and
bring the changes in the organisation in short period of time. The changes are required for
the organisation by the effective manager of the company.
Presenting career prospects
After the analysation or the self-evaluation I personally determined as the graduate scholar
that in the future I have ability to become Human Resources manger in effective as well as
efficient manner. I am capable enough to perform the role and responsibility of the HR
manager of multinational organisation. In context to that I develop my short, medium and
long term career path in the field of human resources management. For instance human
resources assistant is my short term goal and which is the first steps of becoming HR manger
which is my career goal and leads to my career path. Before performing the role of Human
resources assistant I will improve my weakness for performing better in the whole career
path. In order to accomplish my short term goal I acknowledge with the job role that is to

create the performance report of the employees working within the company (Guo, and
et.al. 2020). In the performance record I will keep a record of employees presences and
absent, hire the talented members for the welfare of the organisation. Along with that I will
retain or terminate those candidates who are not effectively contributing in the success of
business enterprises and not performing job role well. Along with that I will checkout and
create compensation data or information that also consider differ packages, benefits for the
new selected candidate.
Along with that my medium term goals for becoming hr manger is to become employment
specialist and recruiter after becoming the human resources assistant. The human resources
specialist also determined as the the job placement specialist who work within the company
ibn order to develop better career path and deliver relevant skills and knowledge to the
association for leading the domestic as well as international marketplace. Infor performing
the role and responsibility of HR specialist I will visit various educational institutes that
includes post graduate and under graduate universities in order to hire the relevant candidate.
Apart from that I will explore the internet or differ job sites for picking up the right
candidate that have capability to accomplish the objectives of the association in particular
time (Lu, and et.al. 2021). For identifying their skills and knowledge I will communicate
with them as I have good communication skills with the assistance of that I am able to
expend my network and develop better relationship with the workers of the association.
Beside this HR coordinator is also part of my career path that is one step away from
accomplishing my long term and my ultimate career goal that is human resources manager.
The HR coordinator work under the human resources manager. With the assistance of that I
will develop various technical skills for completing the task. In this particular job role I will
set scheduler for the new comers or new hiring. For increasing the valuer of the company I
will provide the guidance to the recent hire candidates and provide them training and
development programme that allow them to empower with the relevant skills and knowledge
that further increase their employability for satisfying the human needs. After that I will
come to my final destination that is Human resources manager. Due to large contribution it
is also renowned as the human resources business partner. After lots of experiences I will
able to fulfil the requirement of the employees that are associated with the organisation.
After becoming the manger I will resolve the personal as well as professional issues of

employees and deliver high support in increasing their contribution in the association. And
guide them with the special or unique skills and knowledge (Margherita, 2022). Furthermore
I will communicate with the variety of the people working within the firm in order to
motivate or encourage them for increasing their efforts for better position and result. Apart
from that it deliver huge support in decreasing the stress of the individual person. Develop
the positive and inspiring environment will be my main roles and responsibility as the
human resources manger.
Progression opportunities
Right now I am a student of the management who willing to obtain the success in the
forthcoming career path. As student I have various opportunity to become successful
person in my whole career path. For instance I can become the business consultant in which
I can determine the weakness or infective plans of action that company is using with ,my
analytical skills. For performing the job role I will be required some effective skills that
includes finance, accounting and other management knowledge. It will be difficult from me
to perform this role as I am not good in the finance and to be honest I have adequate
knowledge for identifying the finance aspects or analysation. With the assistance of my
willingness I can grab this opportunity for the best career path. Along with that I have
possibility to become business analyst in which I can handle the specific issues of the
association. In order to perform this job role in an appropriate manner it will utilized my
relevant skills that is analytical skills. It is hard to perform that job role as I am having lack
of will to enter in this department or the sector which is associated with the finance.
Similarly from performing this job role it is essential to have knowledge about the the
finance(Romanov, and et.al. 2021).
Furthermore I have capability to become the manager of the project department of any
leading organisation as I am self-motivated person so I can encourage other employees of
the organisation for performing the task in appropriate manner and accomplish the goal of
the organisation in effective as well as efficient manner. Along with that I can manage
numbers of employees and develop the strategies for the welfare of the association. In
context to that I will plan, organised, direct, monitor and control the activity of the
employees for the success of the commercial enterprise. Human resources officer or the
manger is most suitable career opportunity I have according to area of my interest and my

confidences. As as human resources officer I can work closely with the variety of their
individual person who are associated with the organisation. I have good decision making
power which will help men in developing the polices and programme for the organisation.
Lack of self-education is the main barrier for me (Tepayakul, and Rinthaisong, 2018). In
context to that I needed to focused on my self it is not important to attend the classes and
grab the all information from the teacher I need to focus on my skills my abilities and
improve them with my own efforts. The teacher can provide the guidance’s but I am the
only one who can take the action for my best career path. For becoming the human
resources office or manger I need to remove the obstacles like completion, lack of
knowledge, lack of information and confidences etc.
Conclusion
From the above report it will be concluded that the learning play huge role in enhancing the
skills and knowledge of the individual person. With the assistance of learning the individual
person is able to develop and achieve the best career path. The present report highlight the
career path of the individual person who willing to become human resources manger in the
forthcoming time after the personal analysation. The present report highlighted that in order
to accomplish best career path and boost the learning it is important to determine the career
prospects which includes short, medium and long term goals. Moreover the report also
shade as light on the progression opportunity in context of individual person.
