INTRODUCTION
Learning is an essential criteria that will bring forth the related norms and policies that are
necessary to be inculcated. In a workplace it is always essential that the learning process will be
inhibited such that there will not be any kind of worries that are oriented with respect to
workplace. A workplace is full of challenges as well as a business environment is composed of a
competency is that will have to be derived (Nicolaides and et.al, 2018). A proper learning will
help to enhance over the strategies that are necessary to inculcate opportunities which are in the
way of developing career. This entire report will deal with the work related learning which is a
reflective please that will bring about the internal competencies as well as the auditing of
particular strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats that are in regard to individual.
KEY COMPETENCIES
SWOT analysis will bring in an identification towards analysing the different factors that are
amidst of people as well as their personifications. The swot analysis is also one of the tool in
order to bring forth the internal factors that will contribute for the upliftment of a growth of an
individual as well as to bring an enormous opportunity that are falling in the way.
Strength: in this regard dealing with my strength is the potential to learn things that are in my
way of bringing about opportunities (Sera and McPherson, 2019). I deeply understand the fact
that it is always essential to know as well as to have a complete knowledge about the scenario
that are important in a workplace because it is not until when it is completely understood
regarding the work environment I will not be able to move ahead with the competency as well as
the spirit of learning. There will be several challenges at workplace and therefore my strength
would obviously lie in bring about the policies of a development that are necessary for me to
understand. As a postgraduate I have inculcated all the learning criteria that are important in
order to move ahead with the working part of my career. There are several gaps that are put forth
with respect to the identification of criteria but my strength and choosing the best out of the lot
more opportunities has got me throughout.
Weaknesses: there are several witnesses that are put forth in regard to identifying my strengths. I
am at first not able to deal with the confusion between earning as well as learning. This is one of
the scenario where I will have to deal with several impact of understanding things and that bring
about a different perspective regarding the job opportunities. I am at first feared about things and
therefore I will not actually initiate over the steps that are necessary for me to move ahead with

my choices. This weakness of mine has the left me all alone without being able to pursue
opportunities that are on my way (De Silva, 2019). I gradually started analysing that this is not
the thing that I will have to do and therefore I got to understand the facts of learning that got me
through the post graduation and it has helped me to get over the circumstances prosperous
results.
Opportunities: there are several opportunities after falling in regard to the post graduation that I
did. Firstly I did a post graduation in the field of civil engineering and therefore the kind of
opportunities that are inculcated are many. For me doing this post graduation has helped me to
analyse certain basic as well as the measures of understanding work that has brought about a lot
of opportunities in various sectors of civil engineering. I was also offered with a very good
internship that has helped me to understand the formulations of how far the work culture is going
to be. Later I have also grabbed an opportunity that has helped me to understand the prospect of
building and which has got me a lot of project for me to do alone (Karimi and Valizadeh, 2020).
Threats: My Threat is a lack of knowledge regarding certain areas of my study and therefore for
this property reading and development is required. This is because without proper training and
development I will not be able to inculcate the right amount of knowledge that I will have to put
in in order to gain the subject. This a can also help me to get rid of the Fear Factor that is in me
in order to move ahead with the process of fetching my choices. It proper training and
development with respect to the work culture and certain subjects can push me ahead with my
dream.
KEY COMPETENCY
My major competency is to rely over my strengths in order to move ahead with a particular hard
work that is essential for me to derive the processes which are necessary to be inculcated. With a
greater competency of learning as well as to inhibit the strategies which are necessary to take
over the realistic policies of nature I would eventually deal with a using specific career pathways
that will help me to analyse the onset of criteria where I will have to usually revolve around
(Peeters and Mynard, 2021). I have chosen a part that is less travelled and that made all the
difference. This is because I have chosen civil engineering as my post graduation subject and
have gone through different projects that has helped me to sort out different career paths full
stops I have also analyse the fact that in order to move ahead with carrier it is always essential to
have plan that will last for short term medium and long term as a graduate. This has helped me to

distinguish between the things that I will have to prioritise and it has brought about a limelight
over certain factors that I will have to stress upon. The realistic objective that fell in regard to my
analysis is a scope of going into companies that are into civil engineering as well as the ones that
are not related to civil engineering (Davis and et.al, 2018). This is because taking post graduation
subject as one of the means to develop myself as a part of my educational career has helped me
to deal with the core subject jobs as well as the to move ahead with a personal job criteria where
I can be my own boss. This brought about a great set of entity where I could analyse certain
specification which are necessary for me as a graduate to inculcate. Post graduation is all about
how far one will be able to understand things in a more better orientation by being a graduate and
therefore I have analysed every core aspect in such a way that will reflect over my choices of
future. For this it has also helped me to evaluate the short term goals where I need to plan over
things that are essential and medium term wall that will help me to achieve my goal on a half of
which I will have to move ahead on a long term. Although there will be a less economic
orientation in the initial days yet the kind of path that I have chosen will leave me into think that
would arrive the entire future in a more shining aspect.
PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES
The potential progression activities that are put forth in order to make sure that opportunities are
analysed would eventually be the training and development criteria where I would understand
the materialistic policies of being a graduate. For this I have chosen activities of undergoing
lectures that would help me to get through the barriers of understanding (Amin and et.al, 2020).
Learning itself is a Masterpiece where I could understand the orientation of study in more better
way and that has helped me to get through every criteria and every position of employment.
Description: I have understood that a detailed information is necessary in order to make sure
that I will have to move ahead with the graduation and post graduation criteria of. Therefore I
have planned my steps accordingly where a relevant information that is necessary for me through
the study is being analysed. The background orientation of the graduation criteria is brought
forth with respect to an Emphasis over which I will have to deal with the relevant information.
Feelings: during the process of learning and getting through that training and development
criteria I felt the need and the superficial qualities that are necessary for me to imbibe in order to
stress over the choices of my future. This has also helped me to make sure that things are not just
being analysed but also felt accordingly (Gorgoz and Tican, 2020).

Evaluation: as a part of evaluation I have analysed every step that is put forth with respect to the
circumstances that are on my way. The civil engineering background that I have chosen has the
help me to evaluate various choices of subjects that I will have to study and therefore based on
the training and development criteria I have chosen some online resources as well in order to get
through understanding process. This is also one of the necessary stage or the steps that I will
have to take while checking the references and evaluating means of all the plants that I have
developed.
Analysis: I am made sure that a proper analysis over the progression opportunities is brought
forth in order to make sure that soon after post graduation I would be able to fetch opportunities
in order to start my career by earning things in the core subject that I am dealing with. This has
also helped me to analyse certain circumstances of growth prospects that I will have to plan for
short term by aiming for long term analysis (Neroni and et.al, 2019).
Conclusion: as a part of conclusion There are several factors that ought to be concluded. In this
regard I will still have to analyse the importance of understanding career opportunities because I
am particularly not sure about what to choose soon after my education point of view. There are
several options in my mind where I will have to dig into the time and have to go through certain
experiences that will help me to choose the one that is most appropriate. It is also one of the
incidental point of view where I will have to go through things after post graduation that would
make an impact over my entire career into civil engineering.
Action Plan: the Action Plan consists of all the view points that are yet to be implemented.
Improvement is one of the probable criteria that I will have to include at all stages because
without proper improvement one cannot easily get through the circumstances of dealing with the
carrier. The background that I am going to choose as a part of graduation and post graduation
will require me to dedicate for few hours of study and learning that will help me to invite subject
and therefore that would eventually help me to evaluate opportunities (Öztürk and Çakıroğlu,
2021). I need to concentrate over decision-making criteria that will also help me to pave way for
all the other action plants that are ought to be sorted out.
CONCLUSION
The entire report concludes up on identifying the aspects of reflective learning and also help to
analyse the key competencies that are put forth in order to understand the personal strengths
weaknesses opportunities and threats. This is one of the internal tool that is put forth in order to

understand the career prospects of education as well as the required training and development.
